4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable.

5. Facility Use and Conduct

  • Proper sportswear and non-marking shoes are mandatory.

  • Users must respect other players and maintain decorum at all times.

  • Any damage to club property will be chargeable.

  • Alcohol, drugs, smoking, or any abusive behavior is strictly prohibited.

  • ShuttlersZone is not responsible for any personal injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings.
